Effective date: December 2, 2025. These Terms of Service govern your use of Synterixa’s website and offerings.
Synterixa means Synterixa Inc., operating in Canada.
Service means Synterixa interviewing education, live sessions, self‑paced courses, downloadable materials, and this website.
User or you means any individual or entity that browses, registers, or purchases access to the Service.
Account means the credentials and profile created to access member features of the Service.
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced in them.
You must be at least the age of majority in your province or have consent from a legal guardian to use paid features.
You must ensure your account information is accurate and kept up to date.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
Pricing is shown at checkout in CAD unless noted. Taxes may apply based on your location.
We use third‑party payment processors to handle payments. We do not store full card details on our servers.
Refunds for live sessions are handled case‑by‑case when requested at least 24 hours before the session starts.
Self‑paced courses are refundable within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 10% of the course content.
To request a refund, you must contact support with your order number and the email used at purchase.
License: When you purchase a course, Synterixa grants you a limited, personal, non‑transferable license to access the content for your own learning.
You must not copy, share, resell, or publicly post course materials without written permission.
You must use the Service lawfully and respect the intellectual property rights of Synterixa and others.
We may offer certificates of completion for certain courses; these indicate completion of course material, not professional accreditation.
We may provide links or integrations with third‑party tools. Your use of those tools is subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and updates may cause temporary disruptions.
If you find a security issue, you must report it to support promptly and avoid public disclosure until resolved.
All content is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synterixa disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synterixa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Synterixa in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify Synterixa against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, limitations, indemnity) will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
You must resolve disputes with us in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
If a change materially affects your rights, you must review the revised Terms when notified and stop using the Service if you do not agree.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Synterixa.
